What you'll do

• manage regional budgets, labor plans, payroll, purchasing, and variance review
• maintain staffing coverage
• serve as senior client contact
• conduct quality audits and monitor KPIs and SLAs
• standardize processes and training
• resolve complaints and operational issues
• ensure safety and compliance
• manage equipment, supplies, inventory, and vendors
• support site startups and contract transitions.
