Job overview

The Certified Nursing Assistant & Home Health Aide role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL, providing care in patients’ homes. Pay is $15–$16 per hour. The position supports Diligent Home Health Care’s Home Care team. The role helps clients maintain safety, comfort, and independence by following individualized care plans and providing personal care, household assistance, companionship, and observations to the supervising nurse.

What you'll do

• Assist with transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, household tasks, meal preparation, range-of-motion exercises, and companionship
• observe and report changes to the supervising nurse
• maintain care records. May provide medication reminders but does not administer medications.
