What you'll do

• Manage the financial lifecycle of approximately 27 grants
• interpret grant agreements and funding requirements
• maintain tracking schedules and reporting tools
• monitor expenditures and restricted funding
• prepare budget-to-actual reports, variance analyses, financial reports, and reimbursement requests
• allocate payroll and operating expenses
• reconcile grant activity to the general ledger
• support month-end close and journal entries
• maintain audit documentation
• partner with program directors on spending.
