The role builds and leads the enterprise systems team while partnering across functions to support reliable production systems, secure data, and coordinated business processes.

What you'll do

• Own the business systems strategy, budget, and roadmap
• lead ERP and enterprise application planning and integrations
• oversee infrastructure, IT support, and plant technology
• maintain production-critical system availability and disaster recovery
• lead cybersecurity, risk assessment, incident response, and vulnerability management
• establish data governance and IT/application controls
• manage the technology portfolio, vendors, and implementation partners
• build and lead the enterprise systems team
• partner with business functions
• travel frequently to the Union City plant.
