The MES Project Manager — Pharmaceutical Manufacturing role is onsite in Greenville, NC. Compensation is not specified. The role leads multi-site MES transformation programs across a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing network. The role exists to deliver MES platforms from strategy and design through deployment, validation, go-live, and operationalization. It contributes to inspection-ready manufacturing systems by managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, governance, regulatory readiness, and complex IT/OT integrations.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end MES transformation programs across multiple pharmaceutical manufacturing sites
• own scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance
• manage full-cycle implementation of pharmaceutical MES platforms
• lead CSV/CSA activities and validation deliverables
• ensure GMP/GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, data-integrity, and electronic-record requirements are met
• direct IT/OT integrations with ERP, LIMS, SCADA, DCS, PLC, historians, serialization, and laboratory systems
• provide executive-level leadership across manufacturing, quality, validation, IT, engineering, automation, and vendors.
