Patient Access Advisor — Monday–Friday Days

What you'll do

• Register patients and collect demographic and insurance information
• explain forms and obtain signatures
• verify insurance eligibility and benefits and document prior authorizations
• validate authorizations and medical necessity
• collect point-of-service payments
• ensure physician orders are complete
• maintain accurate patient records
• schedule outpatient appointments and procedures and provide preparation instructions.

Why this role
