Compensation is $75,000–$90,000 per year. The General Manager (GM) role is an onsite position located in Crawfordsville, IN. This role exists to serve as the ultimate leader of the store, setting the vision, driving results, and inspiring the team. The GM takes ownership of daily operations, store profitability, team development, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring safety, service, and efficiency.
• Own accountability to meet or exceed performance targets by reviewing financial reports and executing merchandise and inventory plans.
• Monitor trends and proactively collaborate with peers to develop action plans.
• Ensure store-wide safety, service, and operational excellence.
• Champion company initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
• Create an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
