What you'll do

• Identify, pursue, and close plumbing project opportunities
• target general contractors, developers, and owners
• manage prospecting through proposal and close
• conduct customer discovery
• partner with operations on proposals
• maintain pipeline forecasts and Salesforce CRM
• negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms
• represent the company at job walks, pre-bid meetings, and customer meetings.
