The Cook role is onsite in Grand Rapids, MI, at Walnut Ridge Assisted Living & Memory Care. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Review production information with staff and monitor quantities, portioning, production, and waste data when the Executive Chef is absent
• prepare food to departmental standards and special dietary needs
• maintain kitchen and dining room cleanliness
• ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
• guide and assist staff
• plan work so food is prepared on time
• serve as person in charge when managers are absent
• assist with meal service, events, ordering, receiving, and training as needed.
