What you'll do

• Assist with daily property maintenance operations
• perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and building structures
• respond to resident requests
• follow safety procedures, building codes, and regulations
• support preventative maintenance schedules and unit turns
• maintain work orders, logs, and documentation in maintenance systems when applicable
• use hand and power tools and maintenance equipment.
