Male Overnight Caregiver (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)

The Male Overnight Caregiver role is onsite in Brentwood, Green Hills, and Nashville, TN, with pay of $17–$20+ per hour. Helping Hearts USA LLC seeks overnight support for a client, with a musical background strongly preferred and CPR and First Aid certification and training required. The caregiver helps the client remain safe and comfortable overnight through attentive supervision, dementia-friendly communication, personal care as needed, companionship, and clear updates to the office and family. The role also uses music as a calming tool when appropriate and follows the client’s care plan.

What you'll do

• Remain alert and monitor fall, wandering, and other safety risks
• reassure the client during nighttime wake-ups and confusion
• use calm communication and gentle redirection for dementia-related needs
• assist with toileting, hygiene, dressing, transfers, and repositioning as needed
• provide companionship and emotional support
• use music when appropriate and welcomed
• offer snacks and fluids according to care guidance
• maintain the client’s immediate area
• document updates and report changes to the office or family
• provide approved transportation only if assigned.
