What you'll do

• Greet clients and gather vehicle information

• test-drive vehicles with clients as needed
• advise on manufacturer-recommended maintenance
• prepare written labor and parts estimates
• explain completed work and charges
• and handle calls about questions, appointments, and work in progress.
