The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in Coats, NC, with flexible shifts based on availability. Pay is $90–$110 per hour. Epic Minds Therapy provides evidence-based applied behavior analysis services focused on client success and children’s lives. The BCBA develops and oversees individualized treatment plans, assesses progress, and adjusts goals as needed. By supervising and supporting registered behavior technicians and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams, the analyst helps deliver effective, compliant ABA services.
