What you'll do

• Lead the Quality Assurance organization and Quality Management System
• ensure processes and procedures comply with FAA requirements, AS9110/AS9100 standards, customer requirements, and company policies
• establish quality objectives and performance indicators
• oversee internal, supplier, customer, regulatory, and third-party audits
• lead corrective and preventive actions and root cause analysis
• investigate nonconformances and quality escapes
• oversee supplier quality
• monitor repair and production processes
• report quality metrics and risks to executive leadership
• lead and develop Quality Assurance personnel.
