What you'll do

• Oversee therapist hiring
• train new hires and assess ongoing development needs
• manage staff performance and provide administrative and clinical oversight
• collaborate on clinic fiscal and clinical efficiency
• respond to concerns from clients, clinicians, and external stakeholders
• lead and contribute to clinical staff meetings
• support community outreach and online visibility
• diagnose clients, create and maintain individualized treatment plans and clinical documentation, and maintain a caseload of 10 client visits per week, maximum 15.
