What you'll do

• Coordinate daily work of medical technologists and laboratory technicians
• perform complex laboratory tests and analyses
• monitor equipment and troubleshoot technical issues
• oversee maintenance and calibration
• ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and OSHA standards and participate in audits
• train, mentor, and evaluate staff
• manage laboratory supplies and reagents
• collaborate with healthcare providers and laboratory management on issues and process improvements. Requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, MT or MLS certification, and at least three years of clinical laboratory experience.
