What you'll do

• Complete apartment make-readies, inspections, repairs, painting, and vendor scheduling
• maintain grounds and amenities
• handle work orders and unit turnovers
• support maintenance reporting and budget preparation
• conduct safety and property inspections
• maintain OSHA-compliant equipment and work areas
• coordinate after-hours emergency on-call scheduling and availability.
