What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• provide mobility and transfer assistance
• prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• administer or assist with prescribed medications according to care plans and agency procedures
• support life skills, independence, and social engagement
• accompany clients to appointments and community activities
• monitor and report changes
• document care and progress
• maintain a safe, clean environment
• follow policies, safety, and confidentiality requirements
• report incidents and rights violations.
