What you'll do
- Provide nursing services in homes and community settings
- take and communicate vital signs
- educate clients on chronic disease self-management
- provide therapeutic behavioral, family training, and medication support services as needed
- provide crisis intervention
- complete nursing assessments
- coordinate refills and administer ordered intramuscular injections
- collaborate with treatment teams and providers
- document services.
