What you'll do

• Schedule gastrointestinal procedures and diagnostic tests
• coordinate with patients, physicians, and medical staff
• communicate preparation and dietary instructions
• maintain appointment and procedure records in electronic medical record systems
• respond to patient inquiries and scheduling changes
• confirm appointments and provide pre-procedure instructions
• collaborate with administrative staff to improve scheduling efficiency and patient flow
• and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
