The Registered Behavior Technician role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV, with pay of $18–$25 per hour. The position supports teens and young adults with autism and related behavioral challenges in Crimson Heights Behavioral Health’s structured day treatment program. Under BCBA supervision, the technician provides individual and small-group Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to help clients work toward treatment goals and build communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and daily living skills.

• Provide one-to-one and small-group ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• support treatment goals and skill-building
• participate in daily routines, activities, and groups
• support emotional regulation and safety
• document observations
• build positive connections with residents.
