What you'll do

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery
• assess residents on admission and as conditions change
• conduct rounds to evaluate patient condition
• provide or assist with direct care when indicated
• obtain and implement physician orders
• communicate condition changes between shifts
• provide clinical assessments to on-call physicians and nurse practitioners
• monitor nursing personnel’s work and report findings to the Director of Nursing Services.
