The Bilingual Medical Assistant, Ear, Nose, and Throat role is onsite in Richardson, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and no weekends or after-hours work; pay is $18–$20 per hour. The role supports an outpatient ENT practice caring for patients from pediatric through geriatric populations. The assistant supports physicians and nurses with patient care and clinic operations, helping coordinate patient flow, prepare rooms and equipment, and complete clinical and administrative tasks. This work helps the practice deliver organized, patient-centered care while maintaining infection control and accurate records.

What you'll do

• Verify benefits and insurance eligibility for surgery and schedule surgeries
• scan and maintain appointment and insurance paperwork
• organize patient flow
• escort and assist patients
• collect histories and perform screenings per provider guidelines
• assist physicians and nurses with procedures
• answer calls
• set up instruments and equipment
• clean rooms and equipment between visits
• restock rooms
• communicate concerns to supervisors
• process prescription refills.
