What you'll do

• Lead and supervise project team members on site
• coordinate sorting, photographing and lotting items, estate sales, cleanouts, packing, and resettling
• keep projects organized and on schedule within labor expectations
• communicate updates
• reinforce safety standards and company policies
• assist with training and mentoring
• organize tools, supplies, and project logistics.
