What you'll do
- Provide nursing care according to individualized resident care plans
- assess residents and monitor changes in condition
- develop, implement, and evaluate care plans with the interdisciplinary team
- administer medications and treatments
- communicate changes to physicians and providers
- guide and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff
- coordinate care
