What you'll do
- Review plans, specifications, finish schedules, and construction documents
- coordinate quantity takeoffs and prepare estimates, bids, budgets, and value-engineering recommendations
- manage RFIs and project documentation
- coordinate procurement, deliveries, and logistics
- schedule installations
- monitor budgets, schedules, quality, and customer expectations
- conduct job walks and inspections
- coordinate submittals and pre-installation requirements
- manage field supervisors and crews, change orders, punch lists, and closeout.
