Assistant Engineer

What you'll do

• Follow up on preventive maintenance, work orders, and emergency repairs
• coordinate with production and sanitation
• plan shutdown work
• maintain parts inventory and oversee purchasing and contractors
• facilitate maintenance training
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• manage maintenance-related food safety and safety programs
• assist with breakdowns and floor calls.
