Entry-Level Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Process customer policy change requests
• verify and update customer phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses
• answer incoming calls
• schedule appointments for the agency owner as needed
• respond to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within the specified timeframe.
