What you'll do

• Perform minor repairs
• inspect and troubleshoot equipment and building systems
• check control panels and electrical wiring
• complete routine maintenance such as replacing bulbs and unclogging drains
• maintain facility cleanliness and function
• perform outdoor maintenance including mowing and trash collection
• check safety systems
• report larger issues to the Facilities or Maintenance Manager
• participate in scheduled on-call coverage.
