CNC Router / Flatbed Operator – First Shift

The CNC Router / Flatbed Operator – First Shift role is full-time and onsite in Orrtanna, PA. Pay is $22–$26 per hour. The operator works under the Production Manager, Signs, supporting Graphcom’s sign fabrication and production work. The role operates and maintains CNC routing and flatbed printing equipment, coordinates with signage designers and production staff, and helps produce and install signs that meet job specifications and deadlines.

What you'll do

• Program and operate the CNC router and UV flatbed printer
• perform service checks and scheduled maintenance
• use RIP software to prepare print jobs
• assist with fabrication of wood, metal, and plastic signs
• inspect product quality
• track work orders, materials, labor, and consumables
• maintain inventory and a clean work area
• package finished products
• cut and apply vinyl
• travel to job sites and assist with sign installation as required.
