What you'll do

• Review inspection reports, new business submissions, risk alerts, and follow-up tasks
• assess cancellation, nonrenewal, reinstatement, and endorsement requests
• interpret manuals and contracts across multiple lines and states
• enter information into the policy administration system
• communicate and escalate issues
• assist internal service associates and agents with exception requests
• provide feedback on submissions and required documentation
• maintain productivity and quality standards.
