What you'll do

• Assist the cook as directed by the food service director
• prepare and label nourishments
• portion desserts, salads, and other non-entrée foods and pour beverages
• follow production sheets and guidelines
• set dining tables and prepare, break down, and clean the meal tray serving line
• serve trays, clear tables, push food carts to patient-care areas, and communicate with patients during meals.
