What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications and verify resident identity and medication orders
• maintain medication administration records and report discrepancies
• monitor for adverse reactions and side effects
• report changes in resident condition
• assist with activities of daily living as needed
• store and prepare medications securely
• document administration and observations
• follow regulations, infection control protocols, and facility policies.
