What you'll do

• Architect enterprise-level research systems, including taxonomies and insight lifecycle management.
• Lead multi-portfolio research programs to inform strategic product investments.
• Set standards for research quality, ethics, and governance.
• Develop AI-native research tools and automation pipelines.
• Partner with Research Operations on panel strategy and vendor selection.
• Lead alignment across product, design, and engineering teams.
• Oversee insight repository architecture and discoverability.
