Retail Merchandiser – Pearl Harbor Commissary

The Retail Merchandiser role is onsite at the Pearl Harbor commissary in ‘Aiea, HI, with compensation of $17–$19 per hour for 35 hours per week. ESCO, a division of Eurpac Service, represents consumer packaged goods in the military resale channel and provides sales and marketing services to clients. The role maintains product distribution and shelf conditions, supports displays and demonstrations, and monitors inventory and product rotation. These activities help keep products available and properly presented at the commissary while communicating store conditions to company management.

What you'll do

• Maintain current product distribution and expand distribution of new items
• collaborate on shelf maximums
• stock shelves when out-of-stocks occur and backstock is available
• build displays and support product demonstrations
• manage shelf facings, resets, signs, pricing, coupons, and tags
• process vendor credit and price-reduction documents
• check code dates and product rotation
• manage weekly orders as assigned
• report store conditions using company systems
• maintain relationships with store personnel and management.
