The Scheduling Coordinator / Service Dispatcher role is onsite in Culpeper, VA, with compensation of $20–$25 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.; seasonal overtime may be required from May through October. Able Heating & Air provides heating and air-conditioning services in Culpeper. By prioritizing calls, assigning technicians, monitoring jobs, and coordinating parts and follow-up, the role supports efficient field operations and clear customer communication.

What you'll do

• Schedule, prioritize, and dispatch service and maintenance calls
• monitor technician progress and adjust schedules
• update customers about arrival times, delays, and job progress
• prepare estimates and schedule approved work and return visits
• coordinate parts and materials with warehouse staff
• maintain customer records, job notes, invoices, timesheets, and dispatch tickets
• track open work orders through completion
• assist with workload planning, maintenance scheduling, and parts ordering
• coordinate with technicians, managers, and office staff.
