Content Manager

What you'll do

• Plan content calendars and research hooks
• write outlines for the Aieres brand and founder platform
• film, direct, or coordinate footage capture at jobsites, events, and on the road
• edit long-form YouTube content and repurpose it into 5–10 weekly short videos
• design thumbnails and write titles and descriptions
• add tracked calls to action
• publish across platforms
• track analytics and provide weekly performance updates
• archive founder frameworks, quotes, and stories
• develop a contractor bench as volume grows.
