The role helps create a welcoming financial center experience and build member relationships while contributing to branch service and sales goals.

What you'll do

• Provide friendly and consistent member service
• perform deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other teller transactions
• identify and resolve operational issues
• support branch marketing initiatives
• build member rapport
• greet members, answer calls, and connect them with appropriate resources
• maintain accurate cash balances and comply with applicable regulations.
