What you'll do

• Contact new applications within 24 hours
• analyze application data and request documentation
• review loan scenarios and issue pre-approval letters
• communicate pre-approval terms to applicants and referral sources
• identify potential loan-processing challenges
• manage pipeline issues and contingencies
• attend weekly branch meetings
• provide borrower update and pre-closing calls
• review Closing Disclosures against Loan Estimates
• coordinate with processors, underwriters, applicants, and third parties
• provide minor processing support if needed.
