What you'll do

• Coordinate assembly department activities
• assist with setting performance standards, measuring progress, controlling workflow, and determining personnel needs
• support daily production output and production scheduling
• review production issues with the Production Supervisor as needed
• monitor product standards and quality
• coordinate department operations
• analyze production and quality reports to identify problems
• maintain environmental, health, and safety programs
• demonstrate equipment and safety procedures to new employees
• provide direction and development to floor associates
• perform layered audits and quality checks
• track parts and scrap
• write production reports if needed.
