What you'll do

• Set up and operate packaging equipment
• run, change over, and monitor 3–5 packaging machines
• follow recipes and work procedures
• monitor and adjust variables
• perform product quality tests and collect data
• complete required computer tasks and verifications
• communicate changes and plans to team members and supervisors
• troubleshoot mechanical and automation equipment
• use hand tools
• work weekends and overtime when needed.
