What you'll do

• Manage the property and supervise staff
• optimize occupancy, revenue, and cost-effective operations
• hire, train, and develop personnel
• implement marketing and leasing plans
• support resident retention and resolve resident concerns
• oversee lease paperwork and reporting
• supervise maintenance and inspect grounds, buildings, and units
• record income and expenses and safeguard funds
• monitor liability risks and follow safety procedures
• assist with deposits, court matters, supplies, meetings, and budget preparation.
