Maintenance Technician I and II

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician I and II roles are onsite in Cary, NC. Pay is $20–$22 per hour for Technician I and $22–$24 per hour for Technician II. The positions support Prestonwood Country Club’s House Facilities Department, clubhouse, and other property facilities. Technicians perform general maintenance and building upkeep, including plumbing, electrical, minor HVAC, drywall, and furniture repairs. Their work helps keep club facilities functional and supports service to internal and external customers.

What you'll do

• Perform general hands-on maintenance and repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, minor HVAC, drywall, and furniture
• operate a power washer and perform cleaning and building upkeep
• deliver materials between facilities
• provide customer service
• work assigned hours and rotating weekends
• assist with after-hours emergency maintenance calls.

Why this role

Technician I requires 1–2 years of general maintenance experience; Technician II requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, including at least two years in the listed repair areas. Valid driver’s license required.
