Part-Time Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Inspect building systems and equipment and perform preventive maintenance
• maintain grounds and exterior areas
• troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building issues
• perform carpentry, installations, and other maintenance projects
• respond to emergency maintenance requests
• maintain work orders and service logs
• monitor and order supplies and tools
• identify and report safety concerns
• work independently and with the property management team.

Why this role
