IT Support Technician II

What you'll do

• Respond to critical and non-critical ticket alerts and client requests
• acknowledge and resolve tickets according to managed services service-level agreements
• participate in the client phone queue
• review monthly client reports
• escalate tickets
• perform switch, firewall, router, server, and workstation maintenance
• remotely support hardware and applications
• monitor customer networks, systems, backups, and security appliances
• maintain technical documentation
• participate in an after-hours/weekend on-call rotation every 8–10 weeks.
