CNC Machinist – Lathe and Mill

The CNC Machinist – Lathe and Mill role is onsite in Amery, WI. The stated pay range is $34–$40 per hour. The position supports Noble-X’s manufacturing process by operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce parts and components. The machinist sets up and programs equipment, interprets technical drawings, monitors machining operations, and inspects finished products. The role contributes to accurate production and process improvement through collaboration with the manufacturing team.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC machines for precision machining
• read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• use precision measuring instruments
• program machines using CAD/CAM software and at the machine
• monitor operations and make adjustments
• inspect finished products
• collaborate to optimize production processes
• maintain a clean and organized work area.
