What you'll do

• Complete maintenance requests and work orders involving HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping
• prepare apartments for scheduled move-ins
• handle after-hours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation
• maintain professionalism and customer service with residents, vendors, and guests
• use personal hand tools
• travel to other properties or training as needed.
