Adult Day Center Program Assistant

What you'll do

• Plan, lead, and assist with individual and group activities
• help develop the monthly activity calendar
• assist with toileting, eating, and movement
• take vital signs and weight measurements
• follow personal care plans
• complete census and dietary records
• follow safety and sanitation procedures
• report concerns
• support participant rights and relationships
• participate in training and meetings
• assist with staff orientation and training as requested.

Why this role
