Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift. Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures.
