Team Leader — Youth Enrichment Programs

What you'll do

• Assist Program Leaders with daily operations and site support
• step into the Program Leader role when needed
• help supervise instructors, support staff, and activities
• maintain an organized environment
• support communication among site staff, families, and leadership
• address minor on-site issues and escalate concerns
• monitor attendance, program flow, and student engagement
• support safety procedures and transitions.
